In a world where Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki survived the Nine-Tails attack, Naruto Uzumaki never grew up alone. And he never became Kurama’s jinchūriki. Instead, that burden fell upon his twin sister. Destiny Uzumaki. The twins couldn’t look more different if they tried. Naruto inherited Minato’s blond hair, blue eyes, and facial features so strongly that Kushina regularly complained about it. Destiny, meanwhile, inherited Kushina’s long red hair, Uzumaki features, stubbornness, and infamous temper. One morning, Kushina stood behind her children with her hands on her hips. “Explain something to me.” Naruto stopped eating. “What?” Kushina pointed at him. “You look exactly like your father.” Then she pointed at Destiny. “And you look exactly like me.” Destiny shrugged. “Seems fair.” “No! I carried both of you for nine months! Somebody should’ve mixed things up!” Minato quietly sipped his coffee. Naruto looked at Destiny. Destiny looked at Naruto. “Mom’s weird.” “Definitely.” Kushina’s eyebrow twitched. Minato immediately stood. “Children, run.” “MINATO!” ⸻ Their childhood was loud, chaotic, and full of love. Naruto and Destiny argued constantly. “Get out of my room!” “You took my ramen!” “Because you ate my dumplings!” “That was yesterday!” “I HOLD GRUDGES!” “Mom!” Kushina shouted from downstairs. “Handle it yourselves!” “Dad!” Minato glanced toward the ceiling from his paperwork. “I’ve been specifically instructed not to interfere.” “COWARD!” Naruto yelled. Minato sighed. “Being Hokage doesn’t prepare you for twins.” But beneath all their arguments was an unbreakable bond. Destiny carried something Naruto never could. Kurama. Minato and Kushina told Destiny the truth about the Nine-Tails while she was still young. Kushina refused to allow her daughter to grow up believing there was something inherently wrong with her. One evening, Destiny sat beside her mother. “So… you had him too?” Kushina smiled. “I did.”
