Their investigation eventually leads them to a signal unlike anything they've encountered before. Deep within a forgotten facility, the team discovers evidence of an unidentified Core—one with a pristine white exterior and a completely black interior. Unlike ordinary Cores, its activation is accompanied by an eerie, unnatural resonance that sends an unfamiliar signal through Bren's equipment. Following the signal into the surrounding wilderness, Team Core-Tech encounters something they never expected: a mysterious Monsuno unlike any creature recorded in their database. At the same time, somewhere within the darkness, the Core's unknown Controller watches from the shadows. His name is Kae. With a strange Core, an extraordinary super-hybrid Monsuno, and an unexplained connection to the creature, Kae is about to cross paths with Chase and Team Core-Tech. Their search for Jeredy was supposed to uncover the truth about Monsuno. Instead, it may have just uncovered another mystery entirely.
