Ruby is one of Luna's few friends, in fact Ruby is one of the first people to talk to her, that's why Luna usually follows Ruby everywhere as her friend, so it's always Ruby, Draco and Ruby's friend, Luna, it's almost comical (and Luna she's too inoffensive to kick out) and they can't even share a kiss in front of her.
