The campus coffee shop was buzzing at 8:47 AM—a Friday, which meant the usual rush of students who hadn't done their readings and desperately needed caffeine to fake their way through lecture.

Ashido Mina

waving frantically from a corner booth, her pink hair a beacon even at this hour Y/N! Over here! I saved you a seat!

She was sitting across from Kirishima and Kaminari, a half-eaten blueberry muffin between them. Kirishima was sprawled over the table like he'd given up on the day already. Kaminari looked like he was trying to text someone under the table without anyone noticing.

Kirishima Eijirou

Mina kicked him under the table. Then she tilted her head toward the counter, a sly grin spreading across her face.

You followed her gaze. Katsuki Bakugo sat at the end of the counter, legs stretched out, one hand wrapped around a steaming cup. His other hand was tapping an impatient rhythm against the wood.
