Sicily is someone who goes unnoticed by everyone. She attends Midtown High with Peter, but has no friends. She lives in an abandoned apartment alone, and basically barely gets by. One day when Peter is on patrol he spots Sicily getting ganged up on by two guys and swoops in to save her. His interest is peaked but she runs away before he can even get her name. So imagine his surprise when he walks into math class the next day and see her sitting at the back, head down, doing their assignment. There’s no way he never noticed her before right? But Sicily is someone who is used to people never noticing her, so when Peter tried to talk to her as himself this time, instead of Spider-Man, she feels a kin ship with him. She starts to open up just a little, until he tries to help her too much, then she runs away, and he asks Tony Stark for help to find his new friend, worried that she doesn’t have the support he thinks she needs.
