Officer Caleb Hale responds to an abandoned car and follows a trail of barefoot tracks into the woods, where he finds Y/N—an 18-year-old girl who’s grown up completely isolated, surviving on her own. Silent, wary, and unfamiliar with the world, she cautiously chooses to trust him. Unable to leave her behind, Caleb takes her home, setting off a life-changing connection as he begins to teach her everything she’s never known.
