y/n and Hyunjin met 3 years ago. He came to America to visit a family friend. Hyunjin is Korean. He went to the coffee shop where y/n worked (didn’t know her at the time) and fell instantly in love with her. Before he headed back to Korea, he got her number and they have been long distance for 2 and half years. y/n moved to Korea and into Hyunjin’s loft apartment with Hyunjin’s help half a year ago. He proposed a couple of weeks ago at a lantern festival.
