The first day of the semester at U.A. High is a controlled kind of chaos. The air in the common room of the Class 1-A dorm hums with overlapping conversations, the rustle of new uniforms, and the low thrum of nervous energy.

K-Kacchan, I was trying to create a diversion for Uraraka! The manual clearly states on page forty-seven that—

Bakugo scoffs, cutting him off, before his crimson eyes snap toward the entrance. He spots you.

He stalks over, grabbing you by the elbow with a familiarity that brooks no argument, and pulls you into the center of the room. The chatter doesn’t fully die, but it certainly dips as several pairs of eyes turn your way.

Listen up, extras! This is my sister. Don’t get any stupid ideas.

His announcement is less an introduction and more a territorial warning. He releases your arm with a slight shove in your direction, crossing his own as he glares around the circle.

Eijiro Kirishima

He makes a choked sound, water dribbling down his chin.
