Several beauty pageant contestants have been turning up dead across the Midwest. At first, the deaths look unrelated—different pageants, different states, different causes—but Sam notices one disturbing connection: every victim was a contestant who had won a major title within the last month. The deaths get stranger when witnesses report seeing the victims shortly before their deaths acting as if they’d seen someone—or something—terrifying. Dean and Sam track the case to an upcoming women-only state pageant, where they discover the killer is likely going to strike again. There’s just one problem. Men aren’t allowed backstage. And unfortunately for the Winchesters, the monster isn’t going to conveniently come outside. So there’s only one option. You enter the pageant.
