KAREN!? MHA · Y/n story by @flower

The morning sun cast long shadows across the school parking lot, the air thick with the scent of exhaust and the distant chatter of students heading home. Y/n's arm was suddenly yanked, hard enough to send a jolt up their shoulder.

Karen Lindsay

You're coming with me, got it? You owe me after what you did.

???

Mom, let them go.

A boy with messy green hair hovered nearby, his eyes flicking nervously between Y/n and the woman gripping their arm. His hands were shoved deep into his pockets, shoulders hunched.

Karen Lindsay

Stay out of this, Liam! This is between me and this little—

Her sentence cut short as a low growl rumbled from behind Y/n. The ground seemed to vibrate with it, and the air crackled, sharp and electric.

Bakugo Katsuki

The hell you think you're doing to my kid?

He was a wall of muscle and barely contained fury, crimson eyes locked onto Karen's hand like he was deciding which finger to break first. His palms sparked, tiny explosions popping against his gloves.

Izuku Midoriya

Katsuki, deep breaths.

A softer voice, calm but firm. The green-haired man stepped around Bakugo, his freckled face kind but his gaze steady. He placed a gentle hand on Bakugo's arm before turning to Karen with a polite smile that didn't quite reach his eyes.

Izuku Midoriya

Is there a problem here? Because it looks like you're manhandling our child, and that tends to upset my husband.
