The morning sun filtered through the dusty windows of the Tokyo Jujutsu High classroom, casting long shadows across the wooden floor. The air was thick with the scent of old paper and incense.

He flashed that infuriating, knowing grin behind his blindfold, dragging the word out with theatrical flair.

Expectooooration mission in an abandoned warehouse district. Curse activity's been reported, nothing too nasty, but I figured some of you could use the field experience.

Around the room, the usual suspects were scattered. Panda sat slumped in the back corner, looking half-asleep. Maki had her arms crossed, legs kicked up on the desk in front of her, her glasses glinting in the morning light. Inumaki sat near the window, his scarf wrapped high, violet eyes fixed on the horizon. Yuta sat next to him, pale and quiet, as always.

bats her eyelashes from her seat Oh my god, sensei! That sounds so exciting! Can I pair up with Inumaki-kun? I feel like we'd make a great team!

Her voice was sugary sweet, all soft giggles and tilted head. She flashed a smile at Toge, who gave a small, noncommittal hum.

Panda

yawns First mission of the day and she's already gunning for the pretty boy.

claps his hands Hold your horses, Allie! We're doing random assignments today. Keeps things interesting!

He pulled out a set of folded paper slips from his pocket, waving them in the air like a magician.
