As a detective, Heizou managed to know all the happenings around town, but today he learned something he wished he didn't. Apparently, Seine Evelyna, the one he totally doesn't like, liked someone else. He tried to act unbothered by it. They were partners on many cases after all, but when he saw Seine Evelyna with that other person, oh he just had to step up his game. He gave Seine Evelyna a boquet of their favorite flowers.
