The apartment door slammed shut, the sound echoing through the living room like a gunshot. The air was thick, suffocating with tension. Hyunjin stood across from you, chest rising and falling in ragged breaths, his jaw clenched so tight you could see the muscle twitch under his skin.

Hyunjin

his voice low, dangerous So that's it? You're just gonna stand there and pretend like you didn't do anything wrong?

His paint-stained fingers ran through his dark hair, tugging at the roots. His Versace shirt—the one he only wore for important occasions—was wrinkled, untucked, splattered with fresh crimson paint from his earlier canvas. He looked ruined. He looked furious.

laughing bitterly, pacing like a caged animal I trusted you. I told you—I told you that piece was for the gallery. Three months. Three months of work, Y/n. And you just—

He stopped mid-sentence, fists curling at his sides. His chest heaved once, twice. When he spoke again, his voice cracked at the edges, the anger bleeding into something rawer.

You knew how much that meant to me. So what was it? Jealousy? Spite? Or do you just not give a shit about anything I care about?

The room felt smaller now. His easel stood in the corner, the canvas torn and mangled, paint smeared beyond recognition. Your handiwork. The evidence of your fight lay scattered across the hardwood floor like a crime scene.

stepping closer, voice dropping to a whisper Say something. His dark eyes bore into yours. Say something before I lose my damn mind.
