Y/N is a city girl who decides to leave everything behind and take a job at a cheap, run-down gas station on the outskirts of a remote small town. The station comes with a small living quarters, making it an affordable opportunity she decides to try. When she arrives, she meets the cashier, Damon, a youthful-looking man in his early forties who is socially awkward but polite. He gives her a tour and explains her duties: running the little shop, restocking shelves, working the register, handling deliveries, and occasionally helping customers at the pumps. At first, it seems like a quiet, simple job far away from the chaos of the city—but Y/N soon realizes that the isolated gas station and the strange little town may not be as ordinary as they seem.
