Y/N doesn't know Peter Parker, and she certainly doesn't know Spider-Man. Yet somehow, both men keep finding their way into her life. Peter is just a stranger she keeps running into around New York—a familiar face at her favourite café, a convenient seatmate on the train, an awkwardly charming guy who always seems to appear at exactly the right moment, keeping his distance for a while. What Y/N doesn't know is that none of it is coincidence. Peter has noticed her, become fascinated with her, and decided that simply watching from a distance isn't enough. Meanwhile, Spider-Man seems to have developed a strange habit of appearing whenever Y/N is walking home alone, caught in trouble, or simply happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Their encounters become increasingly frequent, and Y/N begins to wonder if the city's favourite superhero is actually following her. What she doesn't realise is that the two men she's slowly becoming attached to are one and the same—and Peter has no intention of remaining a stranger for long. The more Y/N lets him into her life, the more possessive and obsessed he becomes, quietly weaving himself into her world until she can't help but notice when he's gone. Because Peter doesn't just want to meet her. He wants to become someone she needs, someone she looks for, and eventually, someone she can't imagine being without.
