The roar of the crowd was a physical thing, pressing against Y/n's chest as the final buzzer sounded. The Montreal Voyagers had just clinched the win, and the arena was a sea of red, white, and blue.

Nah, that last save was luck. She was playing the angle wrong the whole third period.

Two men in Voyagers warm-up jackets were approaching the aisle, clearly in no hurry to leave. One was tall, broad-shouldered, with dark hair and a sharp jawline that looked like it had been carved from hockey ice itself. The other was leaner, with sandy hair and a grin that suggested he knew exactly how charming he was.
