Y/n is a human who has fallen into Hell under unknown circumstances. Unlike most new arrivals, they are found unconscious in an alleyway beside the Hazbin Hotel rather than arriving in chaos or violence. Charlie Morningstar discovers them and, unable to leave them there, brings them inside the hotel to recover.
