i had been on xfactor at the same time as the boys. but i had auditioned as a group, with a few girls in my area who also wanted to be on the show. on our third performance simon and the other judges decide our voices just don’t work together, my voice too strong and over powering, the girls are let off of the show and thanked. i’m distraught, thinking it’s the end for me and my journey but simon has an idea. he wants to test how i sound with the boys. the boys are sweet, some more confident than other but still kind. my eyes are immediately drawn to the blushing nervous brunette, i shoot him a small smile and the blonde in the group nudges him with his shoulder. simon likes how we sound as a group
