♡︎ 𝒪utside, the sky is a bruised purple-gray, clouds heavy and pregnant with rain. Perfect. Absolutely perfect.

♡︎ 𝒴ou've got twenty minutes before the rain really starts coming down. Twenty minutes to slip into the maintenance closet on the second floor, find the alarm panel, and give the whole school a nice little surprise. It's almost too easy at this point. You've done it three times this semester alone, and still, nobody's caught you.

♡︎ 𝒜 few teachers hurry past, clutching coffee cups and grading papers, oblivious. A group of freshmen giggle by the water fountain. Someone's phone blasts a tiktok sound you've heard a thousand times. It's all background noise.
