Someone yelled, “RUN!” like this was an actual emergency evacuation. The back door flew open, and suddenly everyone was pouring into the backyard. You didn't even think. You just ran. You vaulted over the fence into the neighboring yard, crouching behind a large bush and trying desperately to catch your breath. “Please don't let me get arrested.” You stayed completely still.
