At eighteen, Y/N Stark finally manages to convince Tony to let her stay in New York City on her own. It takes a lot of arguing, bargaining, and reminding him that she’s more than capable of protecting herself, but eventually he agrees. With the Avengers currently living at the compound in upstate New York, staying in Manhattan means Y/N will finally have some actual space away from her dad and the constant presence of the team.
