Can’t get rid of me that easy.” She grabs his shirt. Destiny: “Don’t ever do that to me again.” His teasing smile fades. He looks at her tears. Gajeel: “You really thought I was leaving?” Destiny doesn’t answer. She simply holds his hand. Destiny: “Everyone leaves eventually.” Gajeel stares at her. Then he squeezes her fingers. Gajeel: “Then I guess I’m gonna have to prove you wrong.” Their relationship changes after Phantom Lord falls. Gajeel is given a chance to join Fairy Tail, but Destiny is left torn between the guild that raised her and the people who are beginning to show her that family doesn’t have to mean fear, loyalty doesn’
