“I’ve seen the deepest darkness and wrestled with gods.” New York has a devil. Apparently, it has a shepherd, too. The press calls you The Shepherd, a serial killer who leaves behind crime scenes plastered with evidence of the dead’s sins and a Bible verse to seal their fate. You call it justice. God calls it whatever He wants, assuming He’s even paying attention. Your Revelations show you things no one should see. The monsters hiding behind respectable faces. The suffering buried beneath years of silence. The sins that slip through the cracks of a justice system that was never designed to save everyone. Then Daredevil starts hunting you. Matt Murdock believes you’re a murderer hiding behind scripture. You believe he’s a hypocrite in a devil’s mask, breaking bones at night and pretending the law makes him righteous by day. Neither of you is particularly fond of being called out. But as your victims begin to connect to something far darker than either of you expected, the line between hunter and hunted starts to blur. And the more Matt learns about you, the harder it becomes to decide whether he wants to put you behind bars, save your soul, or find out what it would take to make you look at him the way you look at your God. Hell’s Kitchen has enough sinners. Unfortunately, you might have just found your favorite.
