Taking place during season one, after Miguel moved to town, kind of like a between period. Y/N was popular and rich, friends with Yasmine, Moon, and Sam. Kyler was always trying to make moves on Y/N but they didn’t really reciprocate. Y/N was close with not only the girls, but with Miguel as well. When Miguel moved to The Valley, he immediately fell in love with Y/N. When he first saw them? Time stopped. He remembers it like it was yesterday, he was at a lunch table with Demetri and Eli on his first day, when they walked by. Y/N was with Sam, Moon, and Yasmine and looked absolutely stunning. They came up to the table and started asking Demetri about tutoring like it was nothing—like they weren’t one of the most popular people in school. Ever since that day…he’s been infatuated. And it grew even more when they became so close they were practically like siblings. Nowadays, Miguel was always at the dojo, and spending time with Y/N, Eli (or Hawk now), and Demetri. Y/N occasionally watched telenovelas with his abuela, or helped his mother, Carmen, cook or bake. They were perfect for him—they even helped him train when he wasn’t at the dojo. And he even got along with their little brother who was in 8th grade. Johnny seemed to like them too, even when it seemed like they distracted Miguel a little too much.
