Clint Barton is married, he has been for a long while. He has a nice safe house with property that houses a wife Laura and three kids, he retreats to whenever, if ever, he gets time away from the Avengers. But Clint Barton’s marriage has not been steady, and it has not been well. Clint and Laura both know, they both agree that the situation has become less than ideal. But to stop their arrangement means Laura and the children get less protection from SHIELD and Clint. Climt thinks a divorce would compromise SHIELD’s help with the safe house.
