The elevator glided upward, and when the doors opened onto the fifth floor, even Nanami paused. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the entire city, lights twinkling below like scattered stars. Tables draped in white linen were spaced generously apart, each set with crystal glasses and silver that gleamed under soft ambient lighting.
