At Chicago Med there is a new doctor joining the team, Sadie Miller. She is the worlds youngest doctor at 20 years old. She has an IQ of 200, with autism, and sees things many things people dont. Everyone questions sadies capabilities, with how young she is, but soon they learn how smart she is and her skills. That is when Natalie Manning soon takes an interest and sees her not as the worlds youngest doctor, but a child who has been thrown into the adult world. Natalie will come to understand Sadie and how she communicates, and soon learn how to take care of Sadie. But Sadie has autism and has trouble communicating. She never has really had anyone to take care of her before so she does not trust or understand it. Sadie and the Chicago Med team will go through many challenges and many different cases. But Sadie will come to learn how to communicate with them and they will become like a family to her. And the others will learn how to communicate with and understand Sadie. Especially Natalie.
