Jimin/Y/n... Y/n recently moved to Busan, South Korea from the United States. She came with her friend Alli, Alli had an opportunity to live in Busan for two years as an English teacher and was able to bring one person so she asked to bring her friend Y/n. The two-year visa gotten for Y/n allows them to work in the city and they're given the name of a local businessman Park Hyun-Soo. He owns a successful café, named ZM-Illennial and since you have experience making coffee and working in a coffee shop in the past, he hires you to be his new barista and employee since one of his other ones just went off to school in Seoul. During your walk-through and his introduction to some of the other staff members and the café, he explains that there may be people in and out because of some of the memorabilia in the café, but to not worry, and if they cause too much trouble she has the right to ask them to leave or tone it down. Y/n just thinks he's a fan of whoever is on the wall and doesn't think much of it. After a couple of weeks of being there, Y/n settles in. She's doing well at the café and is slowly getting more experience and also responsibilities. One afternoon a long-haired blonde guy comes in, looking for the owner who wasn't there at the moment, he had gone to get some supplies. He quickly realizes Y/n is new and then see the Korean for beginners textbook and realizes Y/n is not from Korea, and knows Korean, but not to the extent of a local. But her conversational Korean is pretty good so she can have a decent conversation with him, while he orders a drink and a pastry. What Y/n doesn't realize because the hairstyle is different is that this man is the one all over the walls and is the son of the owner. When the owner returns, she points out the guy sitting in the corner, reading something on his phone, and mentions he was looking for him. The owner immediately knows who it is, "oh, that's my son" he tells Y/n. Y/n knew of BTS and some of their music, but didn't know who each of the guys were, so she never connected the dots with where she was working. Except that the music being played was various different versions of plenty of BTS songs, some that she recognized. The owner goes to talk with his son and the two come over to her and she gets a proper introduction to his son, Jimin. As with anyone Y/n is happy to meet, she's generous and happy, but she doesn't understand why the two of them are looking at each other like she is missing out on a joke.
