Y/N is 16 and the newest and youngest member of the avengers. The other avengers were extremely adamant she dont join due to her age and argued profusely with Fury and SHIELD about it but they didnt listen. They displace their anger at being ignored and having their opinion disregarded by SHIELD onto Y/N and bully her. All except Bucky
