When Ben activates the device, the faceplate slides back to reveal the internal core, which more closely resembles the round, classic Omnitrix faceplate) on his left wrist) and Gwen, and one day she comes home to find her dad hugging Gwen, and Kirby will notice her and he’ll say things to her and April will immediately run upstairs to call and warn Leo, Raph, Mikey, and Donnie but Kirby will sigh and he’ll say to Ben and Gwen about how he’ll deal with her and Ben will say something back, and Kirby goes upstairs after her and he'll deal with her since she hasn't hit call to call Leo yet, and April will argue back, but Kirby will speak up since no calling the turtles to do a background check, no investiagating, no eavesdropping, and no snooping, but April will keep arguing, it'll come to the point of where she's grounded, Kirby takes her phone and tells her how she's gonna come downstairs and help him with dinner and to also get to know her cousin and her friend, they come back downstairs, Kirby goes into the kitchen and gets started on dinner, Kirby and April work on dinner in the kitchen, but Kirby knows his daughter really well, he’ll guess what she’s thinking about doing which makes April freeze, Kirby will lecture her while cooking, April will argue back but Kirby will be stern and April just grumbles and goes back to chopping the vegetables for the side salad while Kirby is cooking the pasta noodles, April is also annoyed since she knows nothing about her cousin but his name, and Kirby will smile a bit and he will guess what April’s plan B is(which is to try to befriend Ben and Gwen to get a interrogation, which she’ll try to befriend them by “accidentally” spilling something on Ben) which makes April freeze and get more frustrated, Kirby and April are still making dinner with April simmering in frustration while Kirby is thinking to himself and saying things to himself in his head(April thinks she can intimidate Ben and Gwen? Honey no, since their lives, the Omnitrix, the threats they deal with, especially Ben, just comparing April’s life to Ben’s and Gwen’s lives really, since way more dangerous on Ben and Gwen’s side, and Kirby will be thinking about what these threats want from Ben and what they want to do to Ben since Vilgax, your so out of your league honey, that thing on his wrist can’t even come off, and I know that’s your next plan so don’t try it, Kirby will actually think to himself and say things to himself in his head), and April will now be quiet but still simmering in frustration and 5 minutes later, Ben comes into the kitchen to grab a drink and he notices April trying to act intimating by glaring at her but he’ll just look at her and then chuckle a bit and then he’ll go back into the living room to go continue setting up the living room(since 2 bedroom apartment and because Ben and Gwen is staying for a break, they get the living room, since the couch does pull out into a couch-bed), and that’s makes April freeze that Ben didn’t get intimidated and that gets her frustrated and also very very very annoyed, and Kirby noticed that attempt and he’ll just chuckle since nice try April while he’s still cooking, and April is just simmering in anger since this isn’t going how it’s supposed too, which it’s supposed to go her way!! But Kirby will deny that and April will say things and Kirby will say things as April argues but Kirby won’t have it, and April is even more frustrated now, as Kirby is still cooking and April is still making the salad, and April will be saying things since damnit!! And Kirby will say things back while their still making dinner since Kirby’s now draining the pasta and making the sauce and April is putting the salad together still, and Kirby will guess April’s next plan since he knows she’s fixing to try something which frustrated April and she’ll say things and Kirby will say things, and Kirby will say things to April while April is simmering in frustration as Kirby is finishing up the pasta, while April will be thinking to herself and saying things to herself in her head(since she now has to notice the Omnitrix but she can’t do anything because of her dad) as she continues helping with dinner while being very frustrated, as in the living room Gwen was sitting down on her computer with a gps app on, and she will be looking for any signs that Vilgax or any other enemy is present, and Gwen will say the V word and that gets Ben to shoot up from where he was laying down since Vilgax?! Where?! And Gwen will tell Ben to calm down because he’s not here which gets Ben to sigh in relief as Gwen takes out an AirTag and slips inbetween Ben’s wrist and the Omnitrix so she can keep up with where he is, while Ben is still recovering from that sudden scare due to the V word, and he’ll ask who sleeps whereand Gwen will say that he gets the couch which he will argue against that but Gwen will say her reasons, while in the kitchen April is saying things and Kirby is saying things since Kirby is keeping April busy with helping make dinner
