Until one day their parents decide it is best for this arrangement to take place. For money, fame, power, pureblood supremacy, they are expected of so much responsibility. Draco does anything in his power to protective Y/N they belong to each other now, rather it’s fake or not, rather he hates her or not. She is now his family, his responsibility, his fiancé. He secretly likes all the fame, the power he holds of being her husband, the elegance of the situation. In public, they thrive, to everybody from the outside it seems happy, a rich couple, young love. In private it is a disaster, emotions, breakdowns, arguing, they are forced to show public affection and make it seem like they are a happy couple, like it’s real. They have to hug, hold hands, kiss, Y/n has to sleep in his dorm twice a week, it’s orders from their parents, the contract, no if ands or buts. They must do anything in their power to withhold this alliance and make it seem as convincing as possible. Y/n is of course devastated she has to marry so young, Draco at that. The guy she has had conflict with in the past. So therefore she gets emotional at times, but no matter what Draco is there for her throughout this rough journey together. He treats her like an absolute princess, buys her anything she wants, ties her shoes, kisses her forehead, this man is literally on his knees for her. Theodore doesn’t really like that his younger sister has to marry, he hates it actually, and the fact it’s his best friend Draco Malfoy. Theodore will argue with his sister sometimes, maybe yell at her, but he never allows ANYBODY to disrespect his family, and would kill for her.
