Anakin skywalker · Y/n story by @catscrowntoxic

The hum of Coruscant's traffic drifted faintly through the durasteel walls of the Jedi Temple, a distant lullaby of a city that never slept. Inside, the halls were quiet, the soft padding of your boots echoing as you made your way toward the High Council Chamber.

Master Yoda

A mission for you, there is, young one.

His voice was calm, measured—but something flickered behind those ancient eyes. Something almost like... hesitation.

Mace Windu

You've completed your trials with distinction. The Council deems you ready for your first assignment beyond the Temple.

Obi-Wan Kenobi

a slight smirk tugging at his lips And might I say, the timing is... interesting.

Mace Windu

shooting Obi-Wan a look You'll be paired with a Knight. Experienced. Proven in combat and diplomacy.

Master Yoda

Knight Skywalker, you will be working with.

The name hung in the air. Anakin Skywalker. The Hero With No Fear. The Chosen One. The man who seemed to have opinions on everything and patience for nothing.

Obi-Wan Kenobi

rubbing his chin He's... a handful. But he's the best pilot in the Order, and he'll get you out of scrapes you didn't even see coming.

Mace Windu

The mission is on Cato Neimoidia. A disturbance in the Trade Federation's outer sectors—possible Separatist activity. You'll investigate and report.

Yoda leaned forward, his gaze meeting yours with an intensity that made the air feel thicker.

Master Yoda

Trust in the Force, you must. Trust in your partner, also. But trust in yourself... most of all.

There was a weight to his words—a warning wrapped in a blessing. The other Council members began to rise, signaling the meeting's end, but Yoda remained still for a moment longer, as if memorizing the sight of you.

Master Yoda

softly May the Force be with you, young one.
