Six weeks before the wedding, everything is already going wrong. Elara Whitmore and Callum Hayes are completely in love, which would be adorable if they weren’t also two of the most stubborn people to ever plan a wedding. What starts as a few minor disasters quickly turns into missing vendors, impossible schedules, family drama, questionable decisions, and increasingly unreasonable demands. Caught in the middle are their best friends, {y/n}, the maid of honor, and Reid Ardent, the groom’s best friend and man of honor. Neither of them signed up to become a full-time wedding crisis manager. Unfortunately, they’re the only two people capable of stopping Elara and Callum from accidentally destroying their own wedding. At first, {y/n} and Reid are simply two exhausted strangers trying to keep things under control. Then they become a surprisingly effective team. Shared errands turn into inside jokes. Arguments become something they laugh about together. Late-night planning becomes an excuse to keep talking. Somewhere between fixing everyone else’s problems, they start becoming friends. And then, inconveniently, that friendship starts feeling like something else. With six weeks until the wedding, there are still plenty of disasters waiting to happen, friendships to test, plans to ruin, and feelings that neither of them is particularly prepared to deal with. The wedding is supposed to be about Elara and Callum. Unfortunately, nobody told {y/n} and Reid that they weren’t allowed to fall in love somewhere along the way.
