After entering the upside down, the group finds a girl around seven years old, who has no sparkle behind her eyes and appears to know way too much for her age and when they bring her to the surface, they look for her parents, but they’re not existence and when they look further for any documentation, there isn’t any for her and they realize she hasn’t had a great life and it’s now determined to give her one
