Emie is in a care home (she’s a care kid) her mum and dad died and she lives in England with her carers, social workers are sometimes round to check, they put spikes on top of the fences so she doesn’t sneak out. The carers are so nice. Police sometimes come round because Emie sometimes goes missing.
