Mika Tsumiki is a Japanese Ravenclaw who grew up with her dad near the water. Though many people assume she’s shy because of how little she speaks, Mika is simply quiet by nature. She prefers solitude over large groups and often keeps others at a distance, not out of fear, but because she enjoys the calmness of being alone. Mika is intelligent and observant, though not obsessed with academics in the way some Ravenclaws are. What truly sets her apart is her unusual emotional awareness. She has an innate talent for reading people, picking up on tiny shifts in expression, tone, and body language that others miss entirely. Because of this, she often understands what someone is feeling before they say a word. It makes her empathetic, but also guarded — being constantly aware of other people’s emotions can overwhelm her, so she chooses carefully who she lets close. Her morals can seem strange to others. Mika values animal lives far more than most human lives and feels little sympathy for people she considers cruel or selfish. She dislikes messiness, hates getting her hands dirty, and carries herself with quiet composure even in stressful situations. One of her more noticeable habits is constantly cracking her knuckles while thinking. Mika has long black hair with bangs that she refuses to cut under any circumstance. She’s also a talented artist, usually sketching alone in quiet corners of the castle. Music is deeply personal to her, and she refuses to listen to songs that aren’t Japanese because they feel unfamiliar and emotionally distant. Socially, she can come across as detached or blunt, especially because she only refers to people by their last names and refuses to use nicknames. The only exception is Harry Potter, whom she calls “Harry” purely because she doesn’t want to sound like one of his admirers. 2. Ilsa Krüger is a German girl from the international students program, which is basically just a few students who are from foreign countries that have textbooks in english and their own language plus they are given an opportunity to attend extra Sunday classes for extra points and credit. She is a Hufflepuff and a super shy one. She isn’t too introverted or the typical “blushing stuttering shy quiet type”. She just gets embarrassed easily and has the constant apologetic face. She can’t take jokes on her behalf without taking it personally. She has light brown hair with side bangs and dark blue eyes. She loves drinking butterbeer. She is a muggle born and is a bit hesitant to mention it at first. She is a target of the Slytherins bullying but she always ends up apologising to them, not crying. She is quite lucky, pleasant to be around and energetic. As well as orderly and a bit unambitious. When it comes to drinks and small trinkets, she can be greedy. 3. The Jamaican Slytherin Tarik Reid is a part of the international students program, which is basically just a few students who are from foreign countries that have textbooks in english and their own language plus they are given an opportunity to attend extra Sunday classes for extra points and credit. He is mixed and a dreadheah. He isn’t the typical Slytherin, he is pure blood and very proud of his status, but he also adores whimsy. He loves weird people and if it were for his personality, he would make friends easily, but his house prevents him from doing so.
