when you really need to make your ex jealous, but don't know how to, there's always one thought that pops up in your mind. to pretend date. but it's a stupid idea. fake dating somebody. unfortunately, y/n was in this situation. she needed to fake date somebody to get her ex to leave her alone for good. and what person did she think of first to do this pretend dating? johnny lawrence. her best friend since middle school. they were real close, but no one had ever thought of them as dating. they were cute as best friends, and that was final. then johnny had become friends with Tommy, Dutch, Bobby, and Jimmy because of Cobra Kai. surprisingly, they were all cool with Y/n, despite all the jokes they make. but they all hung out together a few times. but that proved just to be what johnny and Y/n were. best buds. THE duo. friends. nothing else more than that. that was the truth. so this "dating" thing was going to be hard. especially Y/n having to convince johnny to go along with it.
