Yara escaped just in time, unscathed, thanks to her brother, lev. Though Yara still blamed it slightly on him, it was his fault mostly, shaving his head, not following the rules.. Thats what led the two of them into that situation. Abby had took the both of them into care, as well as you. You weren't a Seraphite like them, you were just some lost kid Abby knew needed help. You had petty much nobody to talk to besides Yara, maybe lev on a good day. Talking to Mel, Owen or Abby just was awkward. A friendship may build.. Maybe something more. The aquarium was a home to all of you. Abby, lev, Owen and Mel often were the ones that did things around the place, they left Yara and you alone most of the time, you weren't expected to work.
