Y/N came to Briar University with a plan: finish her final year, build her photography portfolio, graduate, and leave. No roots. No complications. And definitely no reason to change the future she’s already planned. Then photographing Briar’s hockey team puts John Tucker in front of her camera. Tucker is patient, quietly charming, and far too easy to be around. What begins as an unexpected friendship slowly starts blurring lines Y/N was determined to keep firmly in place. Between late nights at the rink, hockey-house chaos, photographs that capture a little too much, and a future getting closer by the day, Y/N has to figure out whether some things are meant to remain temporary—or whether the best moments are the ones you never planned for.
