Scarlett is the first witch in over 50,000 years to awaken Ancient Magic. Ancient Magic is wandless, stronger than any wand spell, and works through focused thoughts or fluid hand movements rather than incantations. Scarlett has only possessed Ancient Magic for a few months and is still discovering what it can do. She does not fully understand or control her abilities.
