Rin only meant to gather flowers. Instead, she finds an injured stranger beneath an old tree—alive, but with no memory of who she is, where she came from, or why someone went to such lengths to erase her past. Sesshomaru has little interest in human problems. At least, that's what he tells himself. But as the strange girl slowly becomes part of their traveling group, something about her forgotten past begins to draw the attention of demons and humans alike. Someone knows who she was. Someone knows what was done to her. And now that her memories are beginning to return, they are willing to kill her before she remembers everything.
