Seven months. Seven. Whole. Months.

The apartment was too quiet for a Friday night. Or maybe it just felt that way because Y/n was the only one in it, curled on the couch with the TV murmuring something neither of them was really watching.

The lock clicked. Then the door swung open hard enough to bounce off the wall stopper.

Then all three of them stopped.

Not dramatically. Just... stopped. Right there in the genkan, still half-dressed in their hero gear, staring like they'd forgotten Y/n existed until this exact second and the reminder had hit them all at once.

Katsuki's jacket hung off one shoulder. Izuku's phone dimmed in his hand. Shoto's left side frosted over just slightly at the cheek.
