V's and Kev's oldest daughter! · Y/n story by @IdkPerson13

Summer heat hung thick over the South Side. The screen door of the Gallagher house banged shut behind Kev, who was already sweating through his tank top.

Veronica Fisher

Girl, I told you to stay in the car. It's like a sauna in there.

V pulled a folding chair into the shade of the porch, patting the seat. She was already digging through her bag for a brush.

Veronica Fisher

C'mon, baby. Come sit. Let me do your hair before your dad melts the whole sidewalk.

Kev grunted, flopping onto the steps beside them, fanning himself with a pizza flyer. Inside, the TV was blaring some soap opera through the open window.

Ian Gallagher

V! Kev! Didn't know you were stopping by.

Ian stepped out, tall and red-haired, a half-eaten popsicle dripping down his wrist. Mickey trailed behind him, arms crossed, looking like he'd rather be anywhere else.

Veronica Fisher

Hey, stranger. keeps braiding, gentle tugs on your scalp You remember my girl, right?

Ian blinked. His eyes flicked from V to you, then back to V. The popsicle dripped.

Ian Gallagher

Damn.

Mickey snorted, shoving Ian's shoulder.

Mickey Milkovich

Close your mouth, man. You're gonna catch flies.
