Rhysand, Cassian and Azriel are called to one of the illyrian camps, Windhaven, to talk to a illyrian in training who has been absolutely wreaking havoc. The young illyrian has been starting fights with other trainees, always ending in the latter getting severely hurt. The trio steps into the room where the troublemaker is sitting, expecting an arrogant brute male, instead, to their surprise, they find a girl. Possibly he most skilled and powerful illyrian since Rhysand, Cassian and Azriel themselves were young.
