The Anywhere is not shy to hierarchies. The rich, the nobles, and the elites can all get an education and high paying jobs, but the middle class, the poverts, and the poor are stuck as welders, bakers, blacksmiths, etc. You soon figure this out as you were middle class, but got sent to be with your uncle Marlin while your mother was terribly sick and she couldn’t take care of you anymore.
