regulus (reggie) black and James Potter have unfortunately been assigned to share a college dorm together. They’re not new to each other‘s faces definitely not. They grew up together. James‘s best friend nwas sirius, Reggie‘s brother. They had been around each other more times than they could count, except Reggie hated James with a passion, a burning one. He wishes he could set James on fire and now he’s living with the dude what the fuck was even so good about James anyway. He was too happy and nothing made him sad. He had never even seen the boy cry once in his life he was so perfect perfect in every aspect. They were always like this hating each other at least when they were little Reggie had a crush on James, but James never chose to acknowledge him. Eventually, it faded, and it turned into hatred. And now they’re enemies, even though James tries so hard to get Reggie to like him. Anyway, now they’re sharing a dorm together and more than that they have to share a bed together the dorm that they got only had one bedroom. regulus made James sleep on the couch for about four weeks before James started complaining about how his back hurts so bad and the first time Reggie ever saw James cry was about how bad his back hurts unfortunately 11-year-old regulus who still had a crush on James still existed to a degree. That degree made the executive decision to let James sleep in bed with him. It started off fine, but then James is so clingy in his sleep. James hugs him and cuddles him, and tries to hug him in his sleep. regulus is not having jt. It seems now that James has just now caught up because one specific night when they were both awake in bed James admitted to having a crush on Reggie. They were a big tragic mess and every universe they were meant to miss each other. James had missed his chance because now he was dead to regulus. They’re about to graduate and James is sad. He’ll never see Reggie again. He’ll never have a chance with him ever no matter how hard he tries. This is the last few days they will be with each other. Reggie decides to give him a parting gift. A parting gift in the sense they sleep together and for the next three days Reggie will reluctantly give James what he’s so desperately crave at 11. His touch his everything. Stealing kisses every chance they get laying around in bed all day, cuddling and kissing. Oh so tragic. there’s no Y/N in the story this is completely a love story between James and regulus, marauders era. before harry potter existed. THERE IS NO CORDELIA. I DONT EXIST IN THE STORY.
