The story begins with Y/n finding out that Christopher is moving. She’s furious. She refuses to leave Chilton and refuses to move somewhere unfamiliar. Christopher eventually tells her that she’ll be staying with Lorelai. Y/n’s reaction? Absolutely not. But Christopher has already made the decision. So Y/n arrives in Stars Hollow with her luggage, expecting the worst. Instead, she’s greeted by Lorelai Gilmore. Her mother. And standing beside her is Rory. Her twin. For the first time in sixteen years, the two Gilmore girls are standing face-to-face. And neither of them knows what to say.
