The morning bell had just rung, but the chatter in Class 1-A hadn’t settled. Aizawa-sensei wasn’t at the podium yet. Instead, the door at the front of the classroom slid open with a soft whoosh.

Principal Nezu

Good morning, everyone! A brief announcement before Aizawa-sensei begins. We have a new student joining you today, transferred through the International Heroic Exchange Initiative.

All eyes locked onto the figure beside him. She stood straight, her uniform crisp, but her posture carried a relaxed confidence that didn’t quite match the first-day nerves most would expect. Her features were distinctly not Japanese.

Principal Nezu

Please introduce yourself.

New Student

gives a small, polite bow My name is Y/n. I’m looking forward to learning with all of you.

whispers, not very quietly Whoa, she’s from overseas?

That’s so manly! An exchange student in the hero course!

Principal Nezu

Indeed. Y/n has already completed foundational hero training in her home country. I expect you all to make her feel welcome. Now, I’ll leave you to Aizawa-sensei.

With that, Nezu hopped down and left. The new student, Y/n, remained standing at the front, waiting for instruction. The class was silent for a moment, the weight of her unknown potential hanging in the air.
