The U.A. training camp was supposed to be a chance for Class 1-A to grow stronger. Instead, a sudden attack by the League of Villains turns the forest into a battlefield. Separated from his classmates and determined to find Katsuki, Izuku pushes through the chaos despite his injuries. But somewhere among the burning trees, he encounters a villain he’s never seen before. They don’t attack. They don’t run. They simply watch him. With the forest falling apart around them, Izuku finds himself face-to-face with an enemy whose motives are impossible to read. What begins as a chance encounter quickly becomes something far more complicated as he realizes this villain may be unlike anyone he’s faced before. In a forest consumed by fire, sometimes the most dangerous thing isn’t knowing who your enemy is. It’s realizing you don’t understand them at all.
