Tony stark is wandering around his office/lab working on adding a few things to his suit. He can hear the faint chatting from a story above knowing it’s just the 5 new interns he expected in. He doesn’t plan on going up to see or meet any unless he accidentally runs into one in the hall, then he will give a polite “hi” but right now he doesn’t bother. There’s suddenly a strange beep coming from his computer and when he rolls over in his roller chair he sees it’s just the entry door scanners alerting him of the new interns high heart rates which is completely normal—he knows it’s just them being nervous and excited—except one of the interns heart rates is abnormally high so he switches over to the live security footage for the floor the interns are on to see them all and they all look fine chatting and getting along. Except one intern who’s small, obviously younger, and isn’t talking to anyone, they’re just quietly working away with scrap wires and parts.

@Eva76The soft hum of machinery filled Tony Stark’s private lab, a symphony of whirring fans and crackling arc reactor energy. He was sprawled in his rolling chair, a holographic blueprint of the Mark LII gauntlet floating before him, its components rotating in lazy, glowing arcs.
